Visitor Guidelines
These Visitor guidelines are prepared to ensure utmost care to your patient and the other patients in the Hospital. We request you to please abide with these guidelines.
- The visiting hours in the Hospital are 1 pm to 5 pm and 8 pm to 9 pm.
- During the visiting hours, only 2 visitors will be allowed to see the patient.
- The visitors will only be allowed to enter the inpatient bed department with a valid pass issued at the time of admission from the registration desk.
- During nonvisiting hours, the visitors are requested to wait in the waiting area on the ground floor.
- Ensure you sit at a comfortable distance from the patient and the attached drips or catheters. Never touch any medical wires, open wounds, or equipment in the patient’s room.
- Visitors are not permitted to administer any medical treatment(s) to the patient.
- Be considerate of other patients by reminding visitors to keep noise to a minimum.
- Children below 12 years are not recommended to meet the patients, as this is a precautionary measure as children are more prone to infections. However, siblings of the new baby are most welcome, accompanied by the partner.
- In case of fire or any emergency, the visitor must inform the nearest available Hospital staff and follow their instructions. Our Hospital staff is trained to handle all kinds of emergencies.
- Visitors should refrain from sitting or lying down on floors of patient rooms.
- Visitors are not permitted in non-patient areas such as utility rooms, nurses’ stations, and Doctor duty rooms.
- Mobile phones may not be allowed in certain areas of the hospital. Please watch for posted signs.
- Nursing staff may restrict the number of visitors if the condition of the patient in the room requires it. You may be asked to leave the room during tests or treatments, or when the doctor or nurse needs to see the patient.
- Please wear fragrance-free antiperspirant, lotion, aftershave, and hair products while visiting the Hospital, and please do not wear perfume or cologne.
- If you are suffering from Conjunctivitis, Common cold, Cough, Runny nose, Chicken Pox, Vomiting, or Diarrhea, we recommend you meet our Doctors first before visiting any in-patient department.
- We do not recommend bringing flowers and outside food for the patients admitted.
- Visitors should not consume alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs while on the Hospital premises.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire premises of the Hospital.
- All vehicles must be parked in the designated parking space only. The Hospital will not be responsible for any damage or loss of the vehicle.
