Maitri Hospital is a 160-bed Super Speciality Hospital, located in the heart of Kota, Rajasthan. The Hospital is a centre of excellence for Neuro Surgery, Urology, Paediatrics, Paediatric Surgery, Orthopaedics, and Surgical Gastroenterology. The Hospital has been serving the people of Kota and surrounding districts since 2008. With a strong clinical management team, a team of highly experienced Doctors, trained and experienced staff, and top-notch infrastructure and medical technology, the Hospital continues to contribute to making a healthier Kota city.
The Hospital caters to 18 clinical specialities, with 7 Centres of Excellence in Neuro Surgery, Urology, Plastic Surgery, Paediatrics & Neonatal Care, Paediatric Surgery, Orthopaedics & Trauma and Surgical Gastroenterology. Departments
The Department of Neurosciences at Maitri Hospital is one of the best-known in the region. Set up under the guidance of eminent Neuro Surgeon, Neurologist, Plastic Surgeon, and Orthopaedic Surgeons, the department caters to all kinds of Road Traffic Accidents, Spine related diseases, Brain Tumour and their neuro disorders.
A team of consultant Doctors at the Department of Urology is skilled and equipped to perform Prostate Surgery by LASER and Kidney Stone Removal by Lithotripsy, and all other Genitourinary diseases. The department is one of the most experienced and the oldest in the Hadoti region.
The Department of Paediatrics and Neonatology consists of a 24-bed Level 3 Neonatal ICU and a 12-bed Paediatric ICU again making the Hospital one of the most advanced Newborn care centres in the entire state.
A level 3 NICU, or level III NICU, is a neonatal intensive care unit that is capable of caring for very small or very sick newborn babies. Level 3 NICUs have a wide variety of staff on site, including neonatologists, neonatal nurses, and respiratory therapists who are available 24 hours a day. A team of round-the-clock Paediatricians, Paediatric Surgeons, Resident Doctors, and experienced staff gives personalized extensive care to each patient, with complete patient satisfaction.
Infrastructure
Spread across 5 floors, the Hospital is well-designed to have all the Consultation rooms and Emergency departments on the ground floor, whereas the Operation Theatres and inpatient beds are located on the first and second floors. The Department of Paediatrics and Newborn Care, along with the Labour room, and AC Deluxe Private rooms are located on the 3rd floor. An air-conditioned General ward is located on the 4th floor.
The Hospital has 12 Private rooms, shared wards, and Air-conditioned General Wards, along with 3 Major Operation Theatres and 1 Minor Operation Theatre. Other Outpatient services, such as Pharmacy, Pathology, CT Scan, and other Diagnostics, and a Canteen is located on the Ground floor. The Emergency department houses a Minor OT room, a 24-hour Doctor’s Duty room, and a round-the-clock Pharmacy. The Hospital also has tie-ups with about 30 Insurance companies and TPAs, to ensure complete care and faster documentation for Insurance patients.
